¿Cómo resumirías la capacidad de las webs dado el avance de interacción que han alcanzado?
La web ha evolucionado tanto que parece que no tiene límites. Ha pasado a ser algo más que una simple herramienta para convertirse en algo imprescindible. Incluso ha conseguido hacerse amigo de uno de sus principales competidores, la televisión. Y eso es decir mucho. Aún así queda mucho camino para recorrer. No estaría mal que se empezara a valorar – en todos los sentidos – a los que estamos al otro lado.
¿Qué te piden los clientes que hagan sus webs y qué te parece lo más interesante que deben tener?
Me piden de todo. A veces tienes que sacar tu lado analítico y quitarles algunas ideas – a veces parece que volvemos a los 90 – para que tengan un producto bien diseñado y funcional. Otras veces toca explicarles que WordPress no lo hace todo, que hay que diseñar, maquetar, integrar, hacer que sus webs no se parezcan a las de su competencia – por mucho que a veces insistan que la quieren exactamente igual -. Otras veces quiero que comprendan que la web no solo es lo que todo el mundo ve, darle la importancia que tiene a las zonas de gestión, que a veces tienen incluso más importancia que la parte pública. Afortunadamente he tenido mucha variedad de webs en cuanto a temática y funcionalidad. No me puedo quejar 🙂

Pues sí. La verdad es que lo tengo un bastante abandonado. Demasiado trabajo – que no es malo – y el querer aprovechar el poco tiempo que me queda para estar con mi familia. En este tiempo hemos visto como la evolución del mundo web ha sido enorme. Han surgido nuevas tecnologías, nuevas formas de ver la web y de hacernos más esclavos del móvil, tanto del lado del desarrollador como del usuario. Si comparamos lo que había cuando empecé con esto allá por 1997 y lo que hay ahora, es una verdadera locura.
